Comate Referral Program Terms

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Currently available only in EU member states and Switzerland.
  • Requires a functioning website or active social media presence.

  • The referral program is only available through Comate’s official website. All referral discounts, coupons, e-bike purchases, shipments and service are exclusively processed via http://www.comatebikes.com

Commission Structure

  • 5% commission per e-bike sale, calculated on the sale price (excluding VAT).
  • Cookie duration: 30 days – referrals tracked for up to 30 days from the initial click.

Promotional Guidelines

  • Bidding on paid search terms including “Comate,” “Comate E-Bike,” or product names is strictly prohibited.
  • Must represent Comate E-Bike positively and accurately describe product specs and benefits.
  • Content promoting violence, political agendas, adult content, or gambling is not allowed.

Intellectual Property & Branding

  • Referrers may use official Comate logos, lifestyle images, product banners, and promotional videos supplied through the affiliate portal.
  • Brand assets may not be altered, distorted, or combined with other logos or misleading elements.

Payment Terms

  • Minimum payout threshold: €60.
  • Payment dates are the 15th of March, June, September, and December

  • Supported payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer within the EU. Please ensure your payment information is submitted at least 5 days before the payment date.

  • Commission applies only to e-bike sales that have not been returned within 21 days.

Termination & Violations

  • Comate reserves the right to terminate accounts for:
    • Self-referrals
    • Fraudulent or manipulated traffic
    • Misrepresentation or guideline violations
  • Commissions earned through violations will be revoked.

Legal Compliance

  • Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships as per EU and international advertising standards.
  • Must comply with GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, and local data protection laws.
  • Email marketing must include clear opt-out mechanisms and avoid spam.

Comate Motion BV retains the exclusive right to final interpretation of these terms.
